APExL Academy is the home of a 14-day all inclusive leadership and adventure program for high school students, designed to build leadership skills, earn real-world certifications, and participate in adventure-based challenges. The program is held annually and provides an immersive experience that prepares students for college, careers, and life’s challenges.

No. Currently, the program is only available to U.S. citizens who meet the eligibility criteria.

Yes. Students are always supervised by staff, paired with a buddy, or in groups. No student is left alone during the program.

Yes, the program includes physically demanding activities that maintain fitness, but it is not a dedicated sports training program. Some free time is available for personal training.
Students are encouraged to unplug and focus on the experience. Phones are allowed but will have limited use, typically in the evenings. Wi-Fi access is not guaranteed due to the remote nature of many activities.
