Utah National Guard

Utah Crater
Also known as the Homestead Crater, this natural geothermal hot spring is a rare and iconic Utah destination for diving and recreation. Enclosed within a 10,000-year-old limestone dome, it’s one of the only places in the world where you can dive in a naturally warm, crystal-clear pool inside a completely enclosed travertine structure. APExL participants complete their open water dives here, honing their scuba skills in a setting that’s as distinctive as it is memorable.
Brighton Mountain Resort
Brighton Mountain Resort is a beloved Utah ski destination, celebrated for its exceptional terrain and rich mountain culture. As a sponsor, they host participants in a challenging alpine training environment and provide the venue for our end-of-camp banquet.
