The APExL curriculum emphasizes learning by doing. Every activity, from scuba diving to rock climbing, is carefully designed to challenge participants physically and mentally while reinforcing leadership principles. With low student-to-instructor ratios, participants receive personalized feedback and coaching throughout the program.
