While APExL Academy is launching as a new program in the summer of 2025, it is built on years of experience in leadership development and training. Our founder and team have deep expertise teaching leadership principles and creating transformative programs.
Additionally, we partner with trusted local companies and organizations that bring over 100 years of combined experience in delivering exceptional training for activities such as scuba diving, flying, wilderness safety, and tactical challenges. Parents can be assured that while ApexL is fresh and innovative, it is built on a foundation of proven practices, trusted professionals, and real-world expertise.

- Duration: 14 days (June 10 – June 23, 2025)
- Daily Schedule: 6:00 AM wake-up to 9:00 PM lights out, featuring a structured day of training sessions, activities, and reflection.
- Ages: 14 to 18 years old
- Capacity: 16 participants per session
- Student-to-Instructor Ratio: 1:4 for ultra-individualized learning
