APExL Academy operates across a variety of premier training sites near Salt Lake City, and along the Wasatch Mountain Range. These scenic Utah locations provide participants with diverse environments designed for leadership development and adventure. The primary meeting location is the University of Utah, where students will gain elite college preparation experience, dine at two top-tier dining facilities, and recharge in comfortable accommodations between training days.

• The foothills of the Wasatch Mountains provide open terrain ideal for outdoor challenges and scenario-based training.
• Official military training facilities at Camp Williams and Hill Air Force Base offer participants access to authentic, structured environments that simulate real-world operations.
• Specialized venues such as Homestead Crater, indoor gun ranges, and indoor pools allow for advanced certifications and skill-building under safe, controlled conditions.

The variety of training locations is a standout feature of the program, offering students opportunities to adapt to different environments, from rugged mountain terrain to professional-grade indoor facilities. This mix enhances the versatility and depth of their learning experience. 

Participants are transported to all training locations via shuttle buses departing from the University of Utah. Transportation ensures safety, punctuality, and convenience for all participants.

In the event of extreme weather, the program has access to indoor facilities at the University of Utah, ensuring no interruptions to the schedule.
